We have created three instructor-led, hands-on Microsoft SharePoint 2007 classes based on several years of consulting and training experience with SharePoint and years of experience with other document management and portal systems.
Introduction to Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007
VIEW COURSE DETAILS, COURSE SCHEDULE, REGISTERThis 1-day course teaches information workers how to get started with Windows SharePoint Services 3.0 (WSS) and Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007 (MOSS). The course will be taught from and end-user perspectuve, teaching you how to leverage WSS and MOSS to achieve basic collaboration and document management needs and provide use SharePoint to meet business needs in this areas. The course will be hands on walking you through all of the basic features of WSS and MOSS, so that after the course ends you can go back into your environment and be productive in using your organization's deployment of SharePoint.
Student Prerequisites
Attendees should have experience with the Internet Explorer and Office Products such as Word, Excel and Outlook. No prior WSS or MOSS experience is needed.

Microsoft SharePoint
2007 for Business Users

The course will be taught from the business side of the software, teaching you how to leverage WSS and MOSS to solve business issues you are currently seeing. The course will be hands on walking you through all of the basic features of WSS and MOSS, so that after the course ends you can go back into your environment and implement a solution.

SharePoint Administration Training: Professional SharePoint Server 2007 Administration

This intensive 4-day course explores the most effective methods for using the built in power of SharePoint. Installation is only a small part of what you need to know and our experienced instructors have developed this course using the methods they have learned from real world problems. Using that real world experience this class will present in-depth discussion of methods for achieving maximum performance, stability and availability. Learn the techniques that apply best to your environment while exploring the advance topics that can take your project to the next level. Student Prerequisites
Attendees should have professional experience with system administration in a Windows network environment. Attendees should have previous experience installing and configuring Windows Server 2003, Active Directory and SQL Server. It is recommended (but not required) that attendees have previous experience working with SharePoint sites from the user perspective.

SharePoint Developer Training: Developing Solutions with SharePoint Server 2007
VIEW COURSE DETAILS, COURSE SCHEDULE, REGISTER
This 5-day course explores the development opportunities with Microsoft’s most recent release of SharePoint Products and Technologies. The first half of the course focuses on Windows SharePoint Services 3.0 (WSS) where you will learn how develop fundamental WSS building blocks such as features, application pages, site pages, Web Parts, custom list types, site columns, content types and custom workflow programs. The second half of the course focuses on Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007 (MOSS). You will learn how to assemble and configure business solutions by using and extending the portal and web content management features of MOSS as well as other server-side services such as the Business Data Catalog, Forms Services, Excel Services and Report Center.
Student Prerequisites
Attendees should have professional development experience with Visual Studio 2008, the .NET framework and ASP.NET as well as familiarity with Microsoft Office products such as Word and Excel. It is also recommended (but not required) that attendees have a background with the previous version of Windows SharePoint Services V2 and have experience working directly with XML files in Visual Studio 2008.
